Cemented tungsten carbide is a powder-metallurgy composite of tungsten carbide grains in a cobalt binder. The standard material for granulator.

AISI O1 (UNS T31501) — oil-hardening cold-work tool steel, HRC 58–64, low distortion. Compare with A2 and D2 for short-run tooling.

AISI T1 (UNS T12001) — original 18 % W tungsten grade, HRC 63–65. Compare with M2 and T15 for legacy tooling designs.

AISI T15 — Co-W-V super HSS (12 % W, 5 % V, 5 % Co), HRC 66–68. Compare with M42 and ASP2060 for the most abrasive substrates.

GB YG10 (GB/T 30892, ISO K30) — 10 % Co tungsten carbide, HRA 90–91. Compare with YG6 and YG15 for heavy-impact granulator blades.
